It begins when young people are allowed to take responsibility, solve problems, and contribute to their communities.

When students develop confidence in their abilities, they begin to see themselves as leaders.

Young leaders grow when they are encouraged to:

🔷 believe their voice matters
🔷 take initiative
🔷 work with others to solve problems
🔷 support their communities

Confidence developed early becomes the foundation for leadership later in life.   The future needs confident leaders. And the future starts now.
