For the past two months, I’ve been offline—but far from inactive.
At Eleanor Edwards Enterprises, we’ve connected with over 140 schools, charities, and organizations. Each conversation became a doorway: into new possibilities, shared values, and partnerships that don’t just check boxes, they change lives.
My journey began in schools. I showed up with confidence, passion, and a belief that I could make a difference—even before I had formal experience. That belief led me from motivational speaking and life skills coaching to launching the first youth centre in East Toronto’s largest mall.
Here’s what I’ve learned:
- Confidence isn’t something you wait for—it’s something you walk into.
- Impact doesn’t begin with perfection. It begins with presence.
- Leadership starts with how we show up—in rooms, in conversations, in communities.
